At THS we want to bring you the best supps at the best prices as quickly possible.

Our THS warehouse team dispatches orders Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. We dispatch same day for all order received by 1pm AEST, using Australia Post Parcel post.

• Flat Rate $9.95 on shipping Australia wide.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that the tracking number will not become active until it has been picked up by Australia Post.

Lost parcels

If you order has not arrived on time and has been confirmed lost by Australia Post, please notify us by the contact form so we can replace your order.

Damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, either by the shipping company or anything related to transit. All we will require is a picture of the damaged item in question and we will replace and resend your order. Please notify us by the contact page.

To improve your experience as a THS family member deal recipient, we may send out message notifications, newsletters and site announcements. You can select to opt-out of receiving communications (except direct emails from administration, system communications, or communications required for account purposes).

When you become a member of the THS family, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mail from THS.

At any time, members may choose not to receive promotional e-mails from THS, or partners of THS by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the applicable e-mail. THS may continue to contact its members for the purpose of communicating information about their membership to THS, as well as to facilitate, complete or confirm any transaction that our members’ enter into.
